E-coaching for the it@coops trainers in the Philippines is scheduled on the first day of the month, starting on the month of July 2006 until the month of December 2006.

It is a part of the monitoring aspect of the project. It aims to help the IT specialist with the problems they encountered in their re-entry to their coops after having the training for 138 days.

I think, some of the trainers don't see the importance of the e-coaching for now because only 3-4 trainers are log-in for the time aloted for this activity. It was just like what happened last Saturday. The e-coaching was reset today but still few are log-in.

For some, they are on the filed or they conducting trainings. The others, I don't know. I tried to contact them and send message to them but they were not heard.

The e-coaching activity should be enforced because the resource persons for this activity is still being paid even if no e-coaching activity undertaken.

I have another scheduled task for this day. But, I postponed it to another day because I want to be in the e-coaching. To my dismay, again, only few are on line.

I guess, announcement of the activity should be announced, at least a week before the date of activity.
