My brother needs his authenticated birth certificate for his new job. I introduced him to the e-census and advised him to just apply there for his birth certificate. I want him to have the convenience of not going to NSO very early. Of not having to fall in line and wait there for hours. But he said, "mahal", its expensive. So he went to NSO very early yesterday to find out that at 7 AM he is already on the 419th slot. Imagine that?
